Since 2019, Ethics has proudly partnered with AXA One Health to establish and expand its presence in the Egyptian market through comprehensive HR services. AXA One Health introduced an innovative concept, bringing a corporate approach to the healthcare industry and creating a "one-stop-shop" patient experience.

Recognizing the need for an experienced HR partner, AXA One Health turned to us to be their HR arm, handling recruitment, and being their HR department by managing payroll, benefits, personnel, policies, and procedures, besides outsourcing some of the staff. This collaboration allowed AXA to concentrate on its core business and top management while we handled critical HR functions.
