From 2020 until now, we have been a key part of the Agricultural Bank of Egypt’s transformation as it transitioned from the Ministry of Agriculture to the Central Bank and underwent a digital overhaul. As we are their strategic HR partner, our role involved outsourcing and managing the entire operations cycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

We worked closely with the Chair and Vice President, handling the hiring process across all regions and in large numbers. This included recruiting C-level executives, banking professionals, sales teams, and staff for the head office, engineering, IT, and more. Our efforts helped build a strong, capable team across various branches, ensuring the bank's successful transformation.
