In 2014, Ethics partnered with El Nakhla to help it become Japan Tobacco International (JTI). We provided HR support, hiring from C-level executives down to supervisors. Our work included building a strong leadership team and managing all HR functions, such as payroll, benefits, etc. A key moment was the opening of a new production factory, where we quickly recruited and onboarded technical staff, speeding up the hiring process. This strategic HR support enabled JTI to accelerate the production of their flagship brands, including their new products, further solidifying their position in the market. Thanks to our support, JTI grew from a regional company to a global leader with a strong international presence. We’re proud to have been a key part of this successful transformation.
